      Hutchinson as he remembers his father,
      a Korean War Veteran who many believe
      was treated unfairly, as you will see from
      Jeff’s story.


        When you ask Jeff Hutchinson about
      the strongest memories about his father,
      Carl Hutchinson, he immediately  goes
      back to Lake Winnebago, Wisconsin. He
      recalls the good times he and his broth-
      ers had at the family home on the lake
